The My Content section is where you manage, upload, and monitor all your content on Reframes.
Content Overview
At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar with filters to quickly locate specific content.
Right below, the Upload New button allows you to start publishing new content.
Further down, your uploaded content is displayed in a structured list. For each item, you can view:
- Key performance indicators (such as views or rating)
- Status badges, indicating the current state of the content:
- Optimizing – your file is being processed
- Under Review – your content is being reviewed by the platform
- Approved – your content is live
- Rejected – your content did not pass review
- Action buttons:
- Performance → access detailed analytics for that content
- Edit → update content details or media
Any new upload or edit must go through the review process before being published.
Uploading New Content
Click Upload New to access the content creation flow.
You’ll first choose the type of content:
- Movie
- Series
Each type follows a structured step-by-step process.
Upload Flow — Movie
1. Details
Enter the core information about your content:
- Movie title
- Description
- Release date (optional)
You can set a future release date to schedule your content and appear as “Coming Soon” in the homepage.
2. Video & Thumbnail
- Upload your video file
- Upload a thumbnail image (cover)
Make sure your content meets the supported formats (video: MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM — MP4 is recommended, minimum resolution 720p, up to 4K – image: HD 16:9 JPG, PNG or WebP)
3. Genres & Classifications
- Select relevant genres (e.g. Fantasy, Action, Adventure)
- Add content classifications (e.g. strong language, violence)
This helps with discoverability and content compliance.
4. Review & Submit
Review all information and submit your content for approval.
Upload Flow — Series
1. Details
- Series title
- Description
- Release setup (if applicable)
2. Thumbnail
Upload the main series thumbnail.
3. Genres & Classifications
Same as for movies:
- Genres
- Content classifications
4. Episodes
Manage your series structure:
- Create seasons and episodes
- For each episode:
- Title
- Description
- Video upload
- Thumbnail (optional)
5. Review & Submit
Finalize your series and submit it for review.
Content Status & Publishing Process
After submission, your content will go through the following stages:
- Optimizing
Your file is being processed and prepared for streaming. - Under Review
The content is reviewed to ensure it meets platform standards. - Approved
The content is published and available on the platform. - Rejected
The content did not meet the required guidelines.
You will receive a notification whenever your content status changes.
Tips & Best Practices
- Keep titles and descriptions consistent with your series or brand
- Use clear file names to avoid confusion between episodes
- Monitor upload progress: if an episode fails, check format or try a slightly compressed version
- Use tags and categories accurately to improve visibility in platform feeds
Managing Series Content
Once a series has been created, you can continue to expand and update it at any time from the My Content section.
To manage a series:
- Locate your series in the content list
- Click the expand arrow to reveal its structure
This will display all seasons and episodes in a structured table.
Available Actions
Within the expanded view, you can:
- Add Episode
Use the button in the top-right corner of the episodes table to upload a new episode. - Add Season
Use the button in the bottom-left corner to create a new season. - Edit & Resubmit
Modify existing seasons or episodes and resubmit them for review.
Any newly added or edited episode will go through the same optimization and review process before being published.
