Creator Dashboard: Shop

Table of Contents

The Shop section allows you to sell products directly to your audience, turning your content into a fully monetizable brand experience.

Reframes acts as an intermediary platform, enabling transactions between you and your fans, while giving you full control over what you sell.

Selling Your Products

You can offer both:

  • Physical products (e.g. merchandise)
  • Digital products (e.g. exclusive files, assets, or downloadable content)

Inside the Shop section, you can:

  • View all your active products
  • Add new products
  • Edit or remove existing listings

Adding a New Product

Click the Add Product button to create a new listing.

You’ll be able to configure:

  • Product image
  • Title
  • Description
  • Variants (e.g. size, color, format)
  • Price
  • Stock quantity

Once published, your products will be displayed on your profile, allowing fans to easily browse and purchase them.

Payments & Setup

To use the Shop feature, you must connect a Stripe account as your payment method.

This is required to:

  • Receive payments as seller
  • Manage transactions securely

Orders Management

All purchases made by your audience are handled in the Orders section.

Here you can:

  • View customer and order details
  • Track purchase activity
  • Fulfill orders by adding a shipping tracking number

Once fulfilled, the customer will be notified that their order is ready to be shipped.

Responsibility & Quality

Reframes acts solely as a platform intermediary.

As a creator, you are fully responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Shipping and delivery
  • Handling disputes, refunds, or damaged items

All responsibilities are outlined in the platform’s Terms & Conditions.

Creator Support

A dedicated guide will be available to help you set up your own custom merchandise, including solutions that allow you to sell products without holding inventory.

Best Practices for Your Shop

Your shop performs best when it feels like a natural extension of your content and brand.

  • Stay consistent with your identity
Products should reflect your style, themes, or content universe.
  • Leverage emotional connection
Fans are more likely to buy items that make them feel part of your world.
  • Start simple, then expand
Launch with a few strong products, validate demand, and grow over time.

Tip: Limited drops or exclusive items (e.g. tied to a series, character, or milestone) can significantly increase demand and urgency.

When used strategically, the Shop becomes more than a store — it becomes a powerful tool to deepen audience loyalty and unlock new revenue streams.
